Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Hoy les comparto un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento de ayer, ayer fui al parque metropolitano con mi amigo @miguelitog1856 a hacer Freestyle ya que hoy no vamos a poder realizar, en este caso no hicimos mucho pero nos enfocamos más que todo en pulir ciertos trucos que tenemos, en mi caso logré recuperar un combo que tenia tiempo sin lanzar que es doble 360 más disloque con doble 360 nuevamente y un geinger, un combo no muy complejo pero que tenia un tiempo sin hacer y luego de eso me seguí enfocando en pulir sobre todo mis doble 360 ya que a veces lo sueño caer un poco pesado y quiero tenerlo muy fluido para la competencia. Mi amigo Miguel se puso a practicar su geinger ya que el quería limpiarlo también y tenerlo muy dominado, es un truco que le ha costado un poco pulir pero con perseverancia se puede lograr, fue un entrenamiento muy suave ya que también nos dolían los cayos pero aún así cumplimos con nuestro entrenamiento respectivamente, espero les haya gustado un poco de lo que fue mi día de ayer 🙏🏽.

Today I share with you a little of my training yesterday, yesterday I went to the metropolitan park with my friend @miguelitog1856 to do Freestyle since today we will not be able to perform, in this case we did not do much but we focused mostly on polishing certain tricks that we have, In my case I managed to recover a combo that I had some time without throwing which is double 360 plus disloque with double 360 again and a geinger, a combo not very complex but that I had some time without doing and after that I kept focusing on polishing especially my double 360 since sometimes I dream it fall a little heavy and I want to have it very fluid for the competition. My friend Miguel started practicing his geinger because he wanted to clean it too and have it very mastered, it is a trick that has cost him a little polish but with perseverance can be achieved, it was a very smooth training because we also hurt the keys but still we fulfilled our training respectively, I hope you liked a little of what was my day yesterday 🙏🏽.
