Welcome everyone my friends and colleagues of streetworkout and the sports discipline of Calisthenics, all of you who are part of the #SWC community and family and the #Hive ecosystem, I extend a cordial greeting to you all wishing you a nice day full of health, success and blessings for all of you, on this occasion I share, teach and comment on a static movement of the sports discipline of Calisthenics called Victorian Lever. This is a static movement of high difficulty, which requires a lot of strength, control and resistance, a movement that I have achieved with a lot of hard work, dedication and effort. As you can see in the photos, today I have planned and carried out a training routine in order to strengthen, improve and gain more strength in all those progressions of this Victorian Lever movement, where I have trained it in its Full, Half and Tuck Advance progressions. The routine that I have done is based mainly on the static resistance of the movement, due to various circumstances and inconveniences that I have, I only have two pieces of furniture to be able to train this type of movement, since it is very difficult for me to vary the type of exercises that help me. However, these resistance holds have helped me in an excellent way and here I am going to share them with you, it only consists of 3 progressions, 9 sets and motivation. If you are a beginner like me in this movement, I know that it can help you. First I did 4 seconds of hold in the Full position for 3 sets, then 6 seconds of hold in the Half position for 3 sets and finally 8 seconds of hold in the Tuck Advance position for 3 sets. Each set consisted of 4 minutes of rest to be able to ensure a very good performance and thus achieve better quality.
I hope you liked today's post, I appreciate all your support in the comments. Let's go for more.
