Hola, ¿Qué tal? Mis amigos y compañeros de esta hermosa familia y comunidad de streetworkout - calistenia, les doy a todos la bienvenida a mi nuevo video de hoy, donde les enseñaré mi participación en el Challenge N.º 3 donde realicé mi máximo tiempo haciendo una dominada isométrica, esto consistió en durar arriba el máximo tiempo posible. La verdad me disculpo primeramente, ya que me mudé de casa y alrededores de donde vivo ahora no hay parques ni barras en ningún lado, eso lamentablemente es una gran desventaja para mí, sin embargo, no me desmotivé y quise hacer mi participación en este Challenge, ya que es la primera vez que participo y espero sea una buena participación, por otro lado, el único lugar que tuve era una barra cuadrada, que molestó mucho la mano y al final me lastimé de verdad, las muñecas me duelen muchísimo y de verdad me cansé bastante. Como les dije en el video, es un Challenge difícil, la verdad puede verse sencillo, pero al estar bastante segundos ahí colgado haciendo mi mejor aguante, la verdad es algo que no es habitual y tampoco algo que yo realicé, en todo lo que llevo haciendo ejercicio, ya dos años, es como la tercera vez que hago un reto así. Espero que a todos los participantes en este reto les haya ido muy bien, que no hayan tenido inconvenientes como los míos, les deseo éxitos a todos, muchas bendiciones y la mejor de la suerte, muchas gracias por el apoyo, nos vemos.

The truth is that I apologize first, since I moved house and surroundings of where I live, now there are no parks or bars anywhere, that unfortunately is a great disadvantage for me, however, I did not get discouraged and I wanted to participate in this Challenge , since it is the first time that I participate and I hope it will be a good participation, on the other hand, the only place I had was a square bar, which bothered my hand a lot and in the end I really hurt myself, my wrists hurt a lot and I really got quite tired. As I told you in the video, it is a difficult Challenge, the truth is that it may look simple, but since I am hanging there for quite a few seconds doing my best to endure, the truth is that it is something that is not common and not something that I did, in everything I have done. exercising, two years now, it's like the third time I've done a challenge like this.
