Buenas amigos de Hive, por aqui les traigo un entrenamiento de plancha que tuve hace algunos dias y les comparto también una rutina que pueden utilizar si tienen un nivel intermedio de plancha. Cabe destacar que no necesariamente tienen que tener cierto nivel para ejecutarla ya que como en toda rutina, los ejercicios son adaptables a las capacidades de cada uno.
