La jornada comenzó como de costumbre, pero con un enfoque claro: centrarme en el front. Aunque debo admitir que esta semana he sentido cierta debilidad en mi cuerpo, ayer algo cambió. Al adentrarme en el entrenamiento, me sentí más fuerte, como si cada movimiento en las barras me recordara el poder del esfuerzo constante. Lo más glorioso de la tarde fue, sin duda, mi enfoque en el hefesto. Al principio, dudé si podría ejecutarlo bien después de días complicados, pero decidí intentarlo con todo lo que tenía. Y vaya que valió la pena. A cada intento, sentí como si mi cuerpo se rehusara a rendirse, superando los límites que había creído tener. Fue un momento que me devolvió esa chispa, una pequeña victoria en mi camino hacia la perfección. Ayer fue una jornada épica, marcada por la constancia y el retorno de esa energía que me impulsa. The day started as usual, but with a clear focus: focus on the front. Although I must admit that this week I have felt some weakness in my body, yesterday something changed. As I got deeper into the workout, I felt stronger, as if every movement on the bars reminded me of the power of constant effort. The most glorious part of the afternoon was undoubtedly my focus on the hefesto. At first, I doubted whether I could execute it well after complicated days, but I decided to give it a shot with everything I had. And boy was it worth it. With each attempt, I felt as if my body refused to give up, pushing past the limits I had thought I had. It was a moment that gave me back that spark, a small victory on my way to perfection. Yesterday was an epic journey, marked by consistency and the return of that energy that drives me. I am satisfied with what I achieved, but I will not stop here.
