Greetings dear friends of the SWC community, I am @norman-sw.
Today I focused on the biceps area since it is one of the muscles that must be strengthened since it allows us to perform the strength for the hephaestus and other exercises that must be performed to strengthen the biceps before starting the routine. I am going to briefly explain the biceps. They are a muscle (one of the best known in the human body) located in the upper part of the arm, which extends from the shoulder to the elbow. It is made up of two heads: the short head and the long head. The short head originates from the scapula, while the long head originates from the top. These muscles are one of the most important muscles in the arm, and are responsible for many movements we perform daily. As athletes, it is important that we have an understanding of the function of the biceps, in order to treat and prevent injuries in this area.
