Hoy les enseñaré un tutorial y recomendaré ejercicios que me han ayudado mucho para lograr sacar, la stradle prayer planch, actualmente estoy un poco lesionado de la mano pero vamos con todo y retomando con buenas rutinas!

Cómo podemos ver tenemos los brazos apoyados al suelo dónde podemos realizar una stradle planch, ya que está plancha es una variación de la stradle planch normal , requiere de una buena fuerza en el hombro para poder realizar el ejercicio con facilidad para eso le recomiendo empezar a tener la costumbre en los hombros con los siguientes tips que hay en el tutorial,debemos tomar en cuenta que es un ejercicio peligroso ya que solo utilizamos la fuerza de los hombros para poder ejecutar el ejercicio de buena manera . .
