Saludos amigos de SWC, en la tarde de hoy fui a grabarme un pequeño set de entrenamiento en compañía del amigo Isaac Camacho @issac-mir, el y yo estamos probando las diversas formas de uso de la DApp de Actifit la cual estamos usando desde hace una semana para incorporarla a nuestros entrenamientos como una herramienta para optimizar nuestro trabajo dentro de SWC y Hive.

Este fue un pequeño y corto set de entrenamiento el cual estuvo constituido por ejercicios como: Pull Ups, Push Ups, Decline Australian Pull Ups y Bench Dip.

Greetings friends of SWC, this afternoon I went to record a small training set with my friend Isaac Camacho @issac-mir, he and I are testing the different ways to use the Actifit DApp which we are using since a week ago to incorporate it into our training as a tool to optimize our work within SWC and Hive.

This was a small and short training set which consisted of exercises such as: Pull Ups, Push Ups, Decline Australian Pull Ups and Bench Dip.
