Como pueden ver en el video, la lluvia se intensificó a tal punto que creíamos que teníamos que retirarnos del parque, sin embargo, nos percatamos que se trataba de una gran nube que se trasladaba por el lugar y por lo tanto era pasajera, lluvia intensamente por un par de minutos, luego de algunos minutos de intensa lluvia dejó de llover y seguimos entrenando, como notarán no paramos de entrenar, incluso el teléfono se me mojó un poco, pues quería grabar el momento justo cuando estábamos entrenando con plena lluvia.
Estos días han sido muy lluviosos, sino llueve en la mañana, llueve en la tarde o noche, independiente de las condiciones del clima, los chicos y yo siempre salimos decididos a ir al parque a entrenar. El amigo Jesús es quien me apoya con colocarme y hacerme seguimiento durante mis entrenamientos, esto me ha ayudado bastante ya que me obliga a exigirme mucho más, soy ese tipo de persona que está acostumbrado a trabajar bajo presión total y la verdad esto me impulsa mucho a vencer el dolor o la fatiga muscular.
Tengo un poco más de dos semanas entrenando en este lugar, la verdad la experiencia es gratificante los chicos se motivan uno a los otros y siempre están dispuesto a colaborarte y motivarte. Espero les guste esta rutina de entrenamientos que hice hace algunas noches atrás bajo la lluvia en el parque Madre María.
A few nights ago I was training in the park of Madre Maria, just when we arrived at the park @manuel-sw and I started to rain, the rain didn't stop any of us, so I took the initiative and I decided to train like all the guys.
As you can see in the video, the rain intensified to such an extent that we thought we had to leave the park, however, we realized that it was a big cloud that moved around the place and therefore it was passing, it rained intensely for a couple of minutes, after a few minutes of heavy rain it stopped raining and we continued training, as you will notice we did not stop training, even my phone got a little wet, because I wanted to record the moment just when we were training in the rain.
These days have been very rainy, if it doesn't rain in the morning, it rains in the afternoon or evening, regardless of the weather conditions, the boys and I always go out determined to go to the park to train. My friend Jesus is the one who supports me with positioning and monitoring me during my training sessions, this has helped me a lot as it forces me to push myself a lot more, I am that kind of person who is used to working under total pressure and the truth is that this pushes me a lot to overcome pain or muscle fatigue.
I have a little more than two weeks training in this place, the truth is the experience is rewarding, the guys motivate each other and are always willing to help and motivate you. I hope you like this training routine that I did a few nights ago in the rain at Madre Maria Park.
