Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un poco de mi experiencia y lo que se siente entrenar por disciplina, es algo que les pasa a varios atletas.

- Entrenar por disciplina tiene su lado positivo y su lado negativo, su lado positivo es que entrenas, te mantienes activo y tú recompensa será positiva, el lado negativo es que a veces entrenamos desanimado, frío mentalmente se podría decir que sin ganas solamente por responsabilidad y compromiso a uno mismo. A veces me pasa que sigo entrenando por compromiso y responsabilidad conmigo mismo, no es una obsesión. Es solamente amor propio, aparte de amor propio es la prueba de la responsabilidad y compromiso propio, es muy importante aplicar los valores en uno mismo debemos tener educación física en nosotros es muy bueno porque de esa manera marcamos la diferencia tanto físicamente y mentalmente, las personas que entrenamos por disciplina somos más fuertes. No solo es Street Workout y Calistenia puede ser cualquier disciplina deportiva mi consejo es que mantengan la motivación todo lo que pueda y muy importante no pierdan la disciplina.

Not only is Street Workout and Calisthenics can be any sport discipline my advice is to keep the motivation as much as you can and very important not to lose the discipline.
