Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un pequeño entrenamiento en casa de un compañero dónde la pasamos genial, teníamos tiempo sin entrenar con ellos bueno fui a su casa a entrenar.

- Cómo ya dije tenía tiempo sin entrenar con @farfer-sw fui con la compañía de @alexdro-sw en bicicleta a la casa de @farfer-sw que vive lejos de donde nosotros vivimos casi que otro municipio, yo vivo en San Fernando y @farfer-sw vive casi llegando a el municipio biruaca y eso es lejos pero nos propusimos ir, llegamos entrenamos el entrenó estuvo fuerte y divertido.
- As I said I had time without training with @farfer-sw I went with the company of @alexdro-sw by bike to the house of @farfer-sw who lives far from where we live almost another municipality, I live in San Fernando and @farfer-sw lives almost reaching the municipality biruaca and that is far but we proposed to go, we trained the training was strong and fun.
