La forma que se evaluaron las rondas fue de la siguiente manera.
The way the rounds were evaluated was as follows.
La primera ronda de los 60 participante fue de la siguiente manera consto de 6 ejercicios que fueron ( Pull ups ,Flexiones, Bar dips, Fondos,Chin ups y Sentadillas), pasaron los mejores 20 tiempo fue el mismo formato de ronda hasta que de los 2o participantes quedaron 10 solamente, luego de eso fue un sorteo de los 10 donde enfrentaron 1x1, de los 10 participantes la final de 5 donde se evaluó de la siguiente manera (los 6 mismo ejerciciospero con un minuto por cada ejercicios al hacer maxima repeticiones se hacia la sumatoria total y el campeón obtuvo 229 repeciónes)
