Hola familia y amigos de #HIVE y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de hefesto. Este truco desde mis inicios se me ha dado bien pero igual muchas de sus variantes se me dificultan mucho, como lo es la entrada de angel y los hefesto abiertos, en cambio los de back lever y los colgados, se me facilitan muchísimo pero de igual forma los entreno bastante. En este entrenamiento también realice algunos intentos de V-sit. Mañana iré a hacer free así que comenzaré a combear con ella.
