📌En este post son ejercicios para poder sacar front en este veremos los siguientes:
📌Nos pondremos en tuck en barras y haremos lo siguiente
📌Ya al estar en tuck en barras, subiremos y luego volveremos a bajar
📌El número de repes es de 5 a 8 repes
📌 Número de series (5 series)
en este ejercicio aparté de trabajar antebrazo y espalda también trabajamos los dorsales lo cual lo recomiendo para los principiantes que hacen front, y además se toman de descanso unos 2 min y luego volvemos hacer las repes.

in this exercise apart from working forearm and back we also work the dorsals which I recommend it for beginners who do front, and also take rest about 2 min and then we return to do the reps.
