Today I share with you my training from yesterday afternoon. I decided to repeat Monday's routine since I had not been satisfied with my performance that day. Yesterday, like that day, I did the same front lever and plank routine. Yesterday I felt much better, with more strength and energy. It was a pretty good workout and he was pretty happy with the results.
Start with some handstands to activate the body and some approaches on the front half of the lever, before starting the routine itself. As with the plank, I did some tuck presses. Once the body was ready, he began with the effective series of front lever and plank.
My first exercise was to perform straddle holds as long as I could hold, and then perform a front Lever touch plus three presses. I repeated this 3 times. Then I moved on to performing forward tuck presses, 3 or 4 repetitions, whichever ones I could do with good technique. Meanwhile, the second front lever exercise was the front pull-ups. I maintained a volume of 4 reps plus press and a hold, but on the last set I didn't like the form. It is also worth noting that I did them as the first exercise precisely to rotate and so that the body does not get used to the same thing. The third plank exercise was tuck holds forward in width, and in front a pull plus a press plus three half pull-ups. I repeated all this a total of three times.
See you in the next post.
