Y después trate de pulir el 360 a genger lo más posible ya no lo falló lo agarro el 100% de las veces pero no estoy agrupando bien en el genger y tengo varias cositasejorar hay en esa combinación que es súper básica pero trataré de mejorarlas lo más posible para que permita añadir más trucos a ese combo.
Ya al final del entrenamiento practicamos un poco fresby que es un truco que queremos sacar todo y maiker que es el único que lo tiene nos tubo ayudando con la progreciones y ayudando con las técnica para ver si lo podemos sacar en estos días , es un truco que en lo personal me llama mucho la atención y me gustaría sacar , la primera progrecion y el primer objetivo 🎯 es sacar la mortal con ese agarre para intentar ir por el truco.
