Hola, comunidades de Hive y Ecency el día de hoy les traigo mi inicio de semana.
Hace un tiempo no publicó un inicio de semana por concentrarme en otras cosas, iniciamos la semana con fuerza y muchas ganas de entrenar y mejorar en lo mas posible, además que no inicié solo, iniciamos acompañados de mis compañeros y amigos de las barras incluyendo a mi compita @Javier-h17, hace ya un tiempo que no entrenamos todos juntos y la verdad fue bastante divertido las risas no faltaron y el aprendizaje tampoco, compartimos conocimientos y consejos para ayudarnos entre nosotros, me corrieron varias cosas las cuales estaré trabajando en los siguientes días.
La idea es ir mejorando un poco más cada semana aunque sea mínimo el avance, quiero estar en evolución constante mejorando en todo lo posible, esta semana voy a estar realizando nuevas rutinas y nuevos metodos de entrenamiento, en una de las fotos se puede ver como hago una straddle planche en la que uno de mis brazos no está bloqueado, uno tengo mucho por corregir y lo voy a hacer contar de mejorar y ser mejor cada día, semana, mes y año, estoy muy motivado traigo muchas ganas de entrenar espero con muchas ansias la hora de ir a las barras.
El día de hoy fue un día bastante bonito soleado y fresco acompañado de un cielo hermoso un día perfecto para entrenar, mis compañeros y yo quisimos tomarnos una foto grupal la cual fue bastante difícil tomar porque no nos podíamos de acuerdo para ubicarnos, esa fue la parte mas divertida del día llena de risas y desorden pero al final pudimos sacar la foto la cual no quedo perfecta pero me la pena por la diversión que nos causo a todos, el resto del día transcurrió con normalidad sin duda un dia digno de recordar y apreciar.
Hello, Hive and Ecency communities, today I bring you my start to the week. A while ago I didn't post a start to the week because I was concentrating on other things, we started the week strong and eager to train and improve as much as possible, plus I didn't start alone, we started accompanied by my teammates and friends from the bars including my competitor @Javier-h17, it's been a while since we all trained together and the truth is it was quite fun, there was no shortage of laughter and there was no lack of learning either, we shared knowledge and advice to help each other, I ran into several things which I will be working on following days. The idea is to improve a little more each week, even if the progress is minimal. I want to be in constant evolution, improving as much as possible. This week I will be doing new routines and new training methods. In one of the photos you can see how I do a straddle planche in which one of my arms is not blocked, I have a lot to correct and I am going to make it count on improving and being better every day, week, month and year, I am very motivated I really want to train I hope with I'm really looking forward to going to the bars. Today was a pretty nice sunny and cool day accompanied by a beautiful sky, a perfect day for training, my teammates and I wanted to take a group photo which was quite difficult to take because we couldn't agree on where to stand, that was the funniest part of the day full of laughter and disorder but in the end we were able to take the photo which was not perfect but it was worth it for the fun it caused us all, the rest of the day passed normally without a doubt a day worth remembering and appreciate.
