El día de hoy les muestro mi evolución y mi historia desde mis inicios en el Street Workout y Calistenia hasta la actualidad.
Today I show you my evolution and my story from my beginnings in Street Workout and Calisthenics to the present.
Comencé en este deporte en Diciembre del año 2015 a mis 12 años de edad. Desde el año 2015 hasta el año 2019 tuve una buena trayectoria en la que progresé significativamente pero únicamente a nivel de movimientos dinámicos ya que era lo que me gustaba, además de eso me tomaba el deporte como un pasatiempo y no a nivel profesional ni competitivo.
I started this sport in December 2015 when I was 12 years old. From 2015 to 2019 I had a good career in which I progressed significantly but only at the level of dynamic movements since that was what I liked. In addition to that, I took sport as a hobby and not at a professional or competitive level.
Estos años son muy especiales ya que marcaron un antes y un después en mi carrera deportiva. En estos años me di cuenta del gran potencial que tenía y por primera vez comencé a entrenar para dominar los movimientos estáticos y de fuerza, comencé a prepararme a nivel competitivo y competí por primera vez a nivel nacional en Octubre del 2021. En ese momento no dominaba muy bien todo lo que necesitaba para competir contra los mejores del país, cosa que hizo que perdiera en octavos de final pero a pesar de no estar contento con el resultado sabía que era parte del proceso y me ayudó a saber y entender en qué áreas tenía que trabajar más para llegar al nivel que quería en los próximos años.
These years are very special since they marked a before and after in my sports career. In these years I realized the great potential I had and for the first time I began to train to master static and strength movements, I began to prepare at a competitive level and competed for the first time at the national level in October 2021. At that time I did not I had a very good command of everything I needed to compete against the best in the country, which caused me to lose in the round of 16, but despite not being happy with the result, I knew that it was part of the process and it helped me to know and understand in what areas I had to work harder to reach the level I wanted in the coming years.
Estos años fueron los mejores ya que después de haber llegado a octavos de final en el año 2021 comencé a tener muchas metas y objetivos grandes a nivel deportivo, gracias a eso entrene muy fuerte y me prepare como nunca antes lo había hecho, tomándome las cosas enserio en todos los aspectos (alimentación, sueño, estilo de vida, hábitos, entrenamientos). En el año 2022 llegue a mi máximo potencial, siendo campeón en Lara y Subcampeón nacional en competencia regional batallando contra los mejores atletas del país. Para finalizar, en este año 2023 sufrí una lesión grave donde tuve un bajo a nivel de rendimiento pero a sido un año increíble porque a pesar de todo lo que paso logre volver a un buen estado de forma y en estos momentos me estoy preparando para competir el 21 de Octubre en la competencia regional 2023 y para representar a Venezuela a nivel internacional el próximo año 2024.
These years were the best since after having reached the round of 16 in 2021 I began to have many big goals and objectives at a sporting level, thanks to that I trained very hard and prepared myself like I had never done before, taking things seriously in all aspects (diet, sleep, lifestyle, habits, training). In 2022 I reached my maximum potential, being champion in Lara and national runner-up in a regional competition battling against the best athletes in the country. Finally, in this year 2023 I suffered a serious injury where I had a low level of performance but it has been an incredible year because despite everything that happened I managed to return to a good state of form and at the moment I am preparing to compete on October 21 in the 2023 regional competition and to represent Venezuela internationally next year 2024.
