¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC! Hoy les compartiré un video de mi entrenamiento donde recuperé uno de mis trucos favoritos !

Hace una semana más o menos fui a entrenar a casa de chiqui e intenté el doble 540, uno de mis trucos favoritos en la calistenia, no lo logré pero poco despues volví a ir y lo intenté, me costo bastante y me golpee bastante, pero al final luego de varios intentos logre atajar uno, me lleve el codo golpeado pero salió jajajaj.
Tambien practiqué el gienger, algunos giros, y entrené basicos, fue un buen entrenamiento !

A week or so ago I went to train at chiqui's house and tried the double 540, one of my favorite tricks in calisthenics, I did not succeed but shortly after I went again and tried it, it cost me a lot and I hit myself a lot, but in the end after several attempts I managed to catch one, I took the elbow hit but it came out hahahahahah.
I also practiced the gienger, some turns, and trained basics, it was a good training !

Ultimamente desde la competencia, me he sentido más motivado, he mejorado y sacado algunos trucos, espero poder seguir mejorando y sacando trucos nuevos y poder compartirlo con ustedes !
