Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, hoy les traigo en este post algunas fotos que tome el día de ayer antes de salir. Ya que era sabado se suponia que me tocaba mi día de descanso asi que pase mi día haciendo varias cosas, pero me sentía medio ansioso por no haber hecho nada de actividad fisica, asi que estire un rato pero en eso me aviso un amigo para ir a ver un partido de un torneo de basket de aqui de Cabimas. Aproveché para bañarme y cuando ya estaba listo ya que ya habia estirado me dio por testear un rato el handstand, primero hice intentos de aguantes, me sentia en bastante control, seguí luego lanzando subidas fuerza, que ya poco a poco les tengo mas control y se me va menos el handstands cuando las hago, luego quise lanzar unos combos, primero intente subidas a handstand con flexiones y variaciones en las piernas, luego ya que no tenia tanta resistencia ya que tenia cargas de los entrenamientos de la semana quise intentar combos pero de balance, primera vez que intento una progresión de handstand a una mano para el lado izquierdo y me sentí bastante comodo, me divertí un rato haciendo esto y de aqui me fui a ver el torneo, espero les gusten las fotos !
Hello Hive and SWC hivers, today I bring you in this post some pictures I took yesterday before going out. Since it was Saturday I was supposed to have my day off so I spent my day doing several things, but I felt a little anxious for not having done any physical activity, so I stretched for a while but then a friend told me to go see a game of a basketball tournament here in Cabimas. I took the opportunity to take a bath and when I was ready and I had already stretched I tried to test the handstand for a while, first I tried to hold, I felt in enough control, then I continued launching power climbs, and little by little I have more control and my handstands go less when I do them, then I wanted to launch some combos, first I tried handstand climbs with push-ups and variations in the legs, then since I didn't have so much resistance since I had loads of the week's workouts I wanted to try combos but of balance, first time I try a handstand progression to one hand for the left side and I felt quite comfortable, I had fun doing this for a while and from here I went to see the tournament, I hope you like the pictures !
