Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les compartiré mi entrenamiento de pierna y pliometria del día de ayer, empecé jugando 1 contra 1 con unos amigos, jugamos al rededor de 1 hora porque un amigo se tenia que ir, practiqué un rato lanzando, tiros de media distancia y triples, estaba encestando bastantes triples y tiros de media distancia y eso me puso bastante feliz, empecé mi rutina con algunos pogo jumps para ir trabajando mi explosividad en las piernas, hice 8 pogo jumps x 4 series, luego de eso hice saltos a una pierna de esquina a esquina en la cancha, hice esto por 4 series tambien, luego de esto descanse un rato lanzando tiros de media distancia y segui mi rutina con unos lunges saltando cambiando las piernas en el aire, este ejercicio para mejorar mi explosividad y movimiento en el aire, termine con unas cuantas sentadillas y trotando en la cancha, luego salimos un rato en bici, y llegue a mi casa a estirar para prevenir lesiones, luego unos amigos se activaron para ir a jugar y nos fuimos a jugar basket al golfito hasta que no dimos para más.
