Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les comparto mi entrenamiento de ayer, el cual realicé bastante tarde ya que pase la tarde muy ocupado haciendo algunas cosas, aparte de que en la tarde al rededor de las 6 fui a una plaza y lancé un poco de free, aunque no me grabé y me lastimé una rodilla ya que la barra la verdad es demasiado pero demasiado incomoda jaja, aunque saqué el 540 sin toque en piso y eso me alegró. Entrené en mi casa como a las 9:30pm, empecé entrenando unas subidas a handstand con algunos intentos de flexiones , aunque me sentí bastante pesado y me dolia la rodilla, segui entrenando eso un rato para calentar y empecé mi rutina, realicé de primer ejercicio negativas de plancha por 3 series, luego continue con aguantes de tuck adv planche, aqui si me sorprendi ya que sentí esta progresión bastante solida, hice 4 series, continue el entreno con handstand push ups profundas en pared, hice 4 series, para terminar matando mis hombros con 2 series fuertes de lean push ups con dead stop arriba, luego hice lo mismo con pike a lean, haciendo deadstop de 3 a 4 segundos en lean, y termine con unos pike push ups y elevaciones frontales con mancuernas para fortalecer mis hombros, espero les gusten las fotos !

I trained at home at about 9: 30pm, I started training some handstand raises with some pushups attempts, although I felt quite heavy and my knee hurt, I continued training that for a while to warm up and I started my routine, I did the first exercise plank refusals for 3 sets, then I continued with tuck adv planche holds, here I was surprised because I felt this progression was quite solid, I did 4 sets, I continued the workout with deep handstand push ups on wall, I did 4 sets, to finish killing my shoulders with 2 strong sets of lean push ups with dead stop up, then I did the same with pike to lean, doing deadstop from 3 to 4 seconds in lean, and finished with some pike push ups and front raises with dumbbells to strengthen my shoulders, I hope you like the pictures !
