Hola mis amigos de #HIVE y a la comunidad de #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien, les mando un fuerte abrazo. En esta nueva oportunidad comparto con ustedes lo que fué la tercera edición de los versus por categoría.
Hello my friends from #HIVE and the #SWC community. I hope you are very well, I send you a big hug. In this new opportunity I share with you what was the third edition of the versus by category.
Al momento que anunciaron el evento supe que sería un reto, tanto para mí, como para mis amigos, ese día no pude dormir mucho debido a los nervios que sentía, ya que iría a Barquisimeto nuevamente, esos nervios que sentía eran debidos a que mi primera experiencia en una competencia fué en la "Copa Hive" que se realizó en el Sambil de Barquisimeto. Ese día en la mañana me preparé y salí al punto de encuentro para emprender esta increíble experiencia.
The moment they announced the event I knew it would be a challenge, both for me and for my friends, that day I could not sleep much because of the nerves I felt, as I would go to Barquisimeto again, those nerves I felt were because my first experience in a competition was in the "Hive Cup" that took place in the Sambil of Barquisimeto. That day in the morning I got ready and went to the meeting point to undertake this incredible experience.
En cuanto bajamos del autobús, Joan Fernández. @joanfh-workout nos estaba esperando para dar comienzo al evento, luego todos realizamos el respectivo calentamiento, y luego nos dirigimos a realizar nuestra inscripción.
As soon as we got off the bus, Joan Fernandez. @joanfh-workout was waiting for us to start the event, then we all did the respective warm up, and then we headed to do our registration.
Iniciamos con la categoría Amateur, la cual estuvo bastante entretenida y llena de emociones.
We started with the Amateur category, which was quite entertaining and full of emotions
Luego llegó el turno de la categoría Semi-profesional. Y la adrenalina de empezar a participar, estaba teniendo efecto en mí. La primera ronda era de clasificatoria, donde sólo clasificaríamos 6 atletas, mi primera participación fue de 5to lugar, y así pude clasificar para la siguiente ronda.
Continuamos con la eliminatoria, todos los que clasificamos previamente, pasamos para dar a conocer contra quién sería nuestro versus.
Then came the turn of the Semi-professional category. And the adrenaline of starting to participate was having an effect on me. The first round was a qualifier, where only 6 athletes would qualify, my first participation was 5th place, and so I was able to qualify for the next round.
We continued with the elimination round, all of us who had previously qualified, went through to announce against whom we would face.
Mi versus fué contra Absalom Labarca, un chico con un nivel en plancha sumamente increíble. Logré salir victorioso en este versus que estuvo bastante rudo, incluso no lo podía creer. Inmediatamente quedé para la gran final, contra Samuel González, un chico con un increíble nivel, sumamente completo y bastante fuerte. Nuevamente conseguí quedar victorioso. No lo podía creer, me sentí tan alegre, tan lleno de felicidad, tanto esfuerzo por fin me dió frutos.
My versus was against Absalom Labarca, a guy with an incredible level in plancha. I managed to come out victorious in this versus that was pretty tough, I couldn't even believe it. Immediately I was left for the grand final, against Samuel Gonzalez, a guy with an incredible level, extremely complete and very strong. Again I managed to be victorious. I couldn't believe it, I felt so happy, so full of happiness, so much effort finally paid off.
Una nueva victoria para mí, una nueva oportunidad para demostrar que a pesar de todos los tropiezos que he tenido en este tiempo que llevo entrenando este increíble deporte, con disciplina y esfuerzo se puede llegar muy lejos.

A new victory for me, a new opportunity to show that despite all the stumbles I've had in this time I've been training this incredible sport, with discipline and effort you can go far.
