Freestyle Day In Mexico
Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes unas fotografías de mi día haciendo freestyle en Ciudad de México.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. This time I will share with you some pictures of my freestyle day in Mexico City.
Me acabo de mudar más cerca de mi trabajo antes vivía muy lejos y llegaba del trabajo a comer y dormir pero me mudé hace una semana muy cerca del trabajo ahora si me da tiempo de entrenar e intentaré compartir con ustedes todo el buen contenido que pueda.
I just moved closer to my work before I used to live far away and I used to come from work to eat and sleep but I moved a week ago very close to work now I have time to train and I will try to share with you as much good content as I can.
La verdad no había tenido tiempo de subir contenido porque estaba ocupado con el trabajo. Trabajo en un restaurante 5 estrellas aquí en Ciudad de México y aveces no me da ni tiempo de entrenar pero aún así intento hacer algo en la casa donde estoy viviendo.
I haven't really had time to upload content because I was busy with work. I work in a 5 star restaurant here in Mexico City and sometimes I don't even have time to train but I still try to do something in the house where I'm living.
El día de hoy fui con mi amigo y compañero de entrenamiento Enyelberth a entrenar a las barras de Sergio un compañero de entrenamiento que nos invita a entrenar con el. Cuando llegamos el no estaba pero aún así empezamos a entrenar y a darle a free. Gracias a Dios salió todo bien y espero por Fer empezar a progresar ya que voy a competir en una competencia nacional aquí en Ciudad de México, competencia organizada por el campeón del mundo Tony Gastélum en su gym de Sw y calistenia.
Today I went with my friend and training partner Enyelberth to train at Sergio's bars, a training partner who invites us to train with him. When we arrived he wasn't there but we still started to train and hit the free. Thank God everything went well and I hope for Fer to start progressing since I will compete in a national competition here in Mexico City, competition organized by the world champion Tony Gastélum in his Sw and calisthenics gym.
