Hola a todos comunidad de #Hive y #SWC,espero se encuentren bien,hoy les voy a mostrar una pequeña sesión de fotos que tome de mis Estáticos en el Parque Fundación Mendoza,la verdad los estoy entrenando mucho más,quiero ser un atleta completo, anteriormente solo entrenaba dinámicos que es lo que más me gusta,pero luego fui viendo que hay que demostrar más que eso, entonces empecé a entrenar más mis Estáticos,la verdad me siento bien cuando los entreno más que todo la plancha,he mejorado mi fuerza con la plancha.todavia me falta mejorar un poco más la postura pero el progreso lo noto más que antes,el front lever si lo tengo más dominado,es el estático que más controlo,tengo que seguir entrenandolo para mejorar más lo que vendría a ser sus variaciones,el pino si lo domino también un poco, quiero compartirles algunas fotos,espero les gusten y me den consejos de como poder mejorarlos,me ayudaría mucho,sin más que decir los dejo con esta pequeña sesión de fotos.
Hello everyone #Hive and #SWC community, I hope you are well, today I'm going to show you a little photo shoot I took of my Statics in the Mendoza Foundation Park, the truth is I'm training them much more, I want to be a complete athlete, previously I only trained dynamic which is what I like most, but then I saw that you have to show more than that, then I started to train more my Statics, the truth is I feel good when I train them more than all the plancha, I have improved my strength with the plancha.I still need to improve a little more the posture but I notice the progress more than before, the front lever if I have it more mastered, it is the static that I control more, I have to continue training it to improve more what would become its variations, the pine if I master it also a little, I want to share some photos, I hope you like them and give me tips on how to improve them, it would help me a lot, without more to say I leave you with this little photo shoot.
