Hola amigos de #Hive y #SWC,Soy Jesús Ramírez,@jesus1sw,el día de hoy les voy a mostrar mi primer entrenamiento del año!Una pequeña rutina de front lever combinandolo con un pequeño set de pesas,fue la verdad un entrenamiento muy bueno tenía 1 semana sin entrenar bien, pero hoy recupere un poco! Además de eso saque mi primer back lever, la verdad me fue fácil dominarlo ya que tengo front lever,entrene un poquito también la parada de manos pero olvide tomar fotos😂, pero bueno me sentí bien en el entrenamiento de hoy, adjunto fotos de lo que realize hoy,por último quiero decirles feliz año! Que sea un año lleno de bendiciones para todos nosotros y que se cumplan todos nuestros objetivos,ya sea en el deporte, trabajo o estudio que disfruten este año y que la pasen bien,sin más que agregar los dejo con las fotos.
Hi friends of #Hive and #SWC,I'm Jesus Ramirez,@jesus1sw,today I'm going to show you my first workout of the year!a little front lever routine combining it with a small set of weights,it was a really good workout I had 1 week without training well,but today I recovered a little bit! Besides that I took my first back lever, the truth was easy to master it since I have front lever,I trained a little bit also the handstand but I forgot to take pictures😂, but well I felt good in today's workout, I attach photos of what I performed today,finally I want to say happy new year! May it be a year full of blessings for all of us and that all our goals are met,whether in sport,work or study enjoy this year and have a good time,without more to add I leave you with the photos.
