Hola que tal mi gente, un saludo a todos los usuarios de #liketu #hive y mis colegas de #swc. Como he venido compartiendo estos días, vamos a por pesos altos en Streetlifting mi gente. Hoy por temas de falta de equipo, tuve que hacer el trabajo solo con 25kg. Los discos que han visto, los grandes son míos, pero los otros son de uno de mis compañeros de equipo. La idea es no dejar de entrenar hasta lograr los objetivos planteados. Cabe acotar que la idea es implementar una Periodización Ondulante, intentaré mantener los pesos tanto como me sea posible. Podré solucionar la falta de equipo momentáneamente, pero a medida que suba kilogramos se me hará más complicado ya que no cuento con el equipo, me tocaría ir a un gym y eso sería un poco complicado. Pero de qué subimos pesos, subimos pesos. Ya sin más que comentar, les dejo las fotos. Nos vemos.
