Es un placer compartir otro post con todos ustedes, en esta oportunidad les mostraré un avance que para mí es muy significativo porque me he propuesto una meta y estoy viendo frutos de mi esfuerzo. Sin más nada que decir, continuemos con el post.

El día lunes, luego de estirar y calentar decidí intentar subir un efecto. Pensé que no podría ni siquiera bajar en negativa, luego intenté subir pero no lo logré. Me costó mucho subirlo y aún tenía los brazos cansados por la semana agotadora de entrenamiento.
On Monday, after stretching and warming up, I decided to try to increase an effect. I thought I couldn't even go down negative, then I tried to go up but I couldn't. I had a really hard time getting it up and my arms were still tired from the grueling week of training.
Después intenté subirlo poniendo el pie en la otra barra para ayudarme. Conseguí subir, esto para mí fue un gran avance, porque anterior mente no podía subirlo sin ayuda de la goma elástica y tenía que pedir asistencia a mis compañeros en el parque. Me costó un poco por qué aún tenía los músculos cansados, pero conseguí subir.
Then I tried to raise it by putting my foot on the other bar to help me. I was able to climb, this was a great advance for me, because previously I couldn't climb it without the help of the elastic band and I had to ask my colleagues for assistance in the park. It took me a bit because my muscles were still tired, but I managed to climb.
Para mí es muy significativo. Esto es el resultado del esfuerzo y la disciplina que he puesto en mí para conseguir mí meta.
For me it is very significant. This is the result of the effort and discipline that I have put into myself to achieve my goal.
Estuve entrenando el efecto dos veces por semana durante 4 semanas. Mi fuerza en éstos ejercicios era nula, me costaba entrenar, no podía emplear los. Ejercicios. Pero no quise abandonar, me demandaba más a mí mismo aunque me costara. La disciplina es algo que muchas veces me ha costado mantener pero sigo avanzando, y no dejaré de entrenar hasta conseguirlo. Le doy el debido reposo a los músculos porque entreno hasta el falló, luego de entrenar estiró por última vez y cuando llegó a mi hogar descanso me hago masajes para liberar la tensión de mis músculos al 100% y luego me baño con agua fría. Esto me hace sentir rehabilitado y así, poder entrenar al día siguiente.
I was training the effect twice a week for 4 weeks. My strength in these exercises was nil, it was hard for me to train, I couldn't use them. Exercises. But I didn't want to give up, I demanded more of myself even if it cost me. Discipline is something that has often been difficult for me to maintain, but I keep moving forward, and I won't stop training until I achieve it. I give the muscles proper rest because I train until I fail, after training I stretch for the last time and when I get home I rest and get massages to release my muscle tension 100% and then I bathe with cold water. This makes me feel rehabilitated and thus able to train the next day.
