Good morning fellow hive and SWC, This time I want to share with you a biceps routine which works these muscles in different ways, because if you want to develop hypertrophy in the biceps with your own weight, you must work them in different ways, not only with traction exercises, but also with isometric exercises, you do not have to limit yourself to do one type of training, you have to work in other ways to generate greater gains..💪🏼
En está rutina les he puesto diferentes ejercicios ejecutados de diferentes maneras, cómo bien ya dije, hay que entrenar los músculos de maneras diversas para poder desarrollarlos, sobre todo si entrenas con tu propio peso, e incluso si entrenas con pesas debes incluir siempre diferentes métodos de entrenamientos y no limitarse a seguir un solo tipo de estimulo.💪🏼
In this routine I have put different exercises executed in different ways, as I said, you have to train the muscles in different ways to develop them, especially if you train with your own weight, and even if you train with weights you should always include different methods of training and not be limited to follow a single type of stimulus.💪🏼

Back lever supino - 6" segundos x4, series.Ejercicio 2:
Headbangers con bajada - 12 repeticiones x4 series.Ejercicio 3:
Dominadas supinas con paradas - 10 repeticiones x4 series.Ejercicio 4:
Dominada supina a una mano asistida - 4 repeticiones por lado x4 series.Ejercicio 5:
Aguantes de dominada supina abierta - máximo aguante x4 series.
Exercise 1:
Supine back lever - 6" seconds x4 sets.Exercise 2:

Bueno compañeros, está fue toda la rutina que les comparto el día de hoy, y como dije antes, intenté trabajar siempre de diferentes maneras, hacer entrenamientos de diferentes formas para mayores estímulos, si suelen entrenar de la misma manera se quedarán estancados indiferentemente lo que estén entrenando, mientras más estímulos y entrenamientos dónde hagamos variaciones de ejercicios, mayor será el resultado que obtendrán, espero que les haya gustado la rutina y nos vemos en el siguiente post.👋🏽
