Hola, saludos amigos de 3speak amigos Hivers y familia de Streetworkout conmmunity. En la tarde de hoy me encuentro con mis compañeros @omarzv-sw, @sw-kleymer, yo Soy @henrrysworkout y hablaremos de nuestras experiencias dentro de Hive de este gran ecosistema y de todo lo que hemos vivido dentro de Street Workout Conmmunity.
Mi historia comenzó por vía telefónica cuando conocí a mi amigo y actual líder @manuelramos Él vio por las redes sociales nuestra cuenta de Instagram @0gravity_sw en donde tengo un grupo de calistenia en donde reúno y formo a todos los atletas del estado Táchira, quedando en una reunión cuando él viniera, acá a promover un proyecto que, en este caso, fue el proyecto Hive. Cuando llegó, lo recibimos con las puertas abiertas en conjunto de mi compañero @omarzv-sw en donde tuvimos una reunión con él dónde queremos aclarar, que todos los que nos platearon a nivel competitivo y a nivel nacional se han logrado cumplir hasta la fecha la verdad que no puedo decir por parte de nosotros que nos calló a mentiras, que fue una infamia o que en su momento nos dijera algo que fuera irrelevante, La verdad es que no. Yo, por mi parte, tuve la oportunidad de participar en la 2.ª edición de la Dual Battles el año pasado como competidor y este año tuve también la oportunidad de ir a la 3.ª edición de la Dual Battle como miembro del jurado en el área de dinámicos, y todo gracias al soporte y el gran trabajo que realiza Hive en conjunto con nuestro líder @manuelramos y @marlenyaragua logrando recibir todos los beneficios de los viáticos, así como también de llegar a un buen lugar, y recibir la comida, entre otros.
De esta forma se logró motivar e incentivar a los muchachos a crecer en este proyecto dentro de Hive, que impulsa a los atletas a realizar su sueño competitivo, en el cual ellos se sintieron muy motivados hace aproximadamente 2 meses, cuando logré participar como miembro del jurado, Y cuando regresé, decidieron la mayoría formar parte del proyecto en donde les voy a narrar parte del trabajo que he estado realizado como líder del Estado Táchira.
Una de las grandes cosas que pudieron ver todos los chicos por medio de mi grupo de WhatsApp fueron las fotografías de los eventos y la gran organización que tiene la comunidad de #SWC. Los eventos Pulcros, Limpios, 0 detalles, colaboración total, apoyo mutuo, trabajo en equipo dejó mucho que decir, por el cual motivó e incentivó a todos los chicos del estado Táchira, para que desearan formar parte del proyecto. Actualmente, yo tengo en mi grupo de WhatsApp casi 40 atletas; sin embargo, fueron seleccionados los atletas con mayor experiencia, con mayor capacidad a nivel de aprendizaje, y con un nivel de querer superarse para poder enseñar y llevar a este deporte a un nuevo nivel logrando ingresar a 9 atletas del Estado con una buena capacitación para crecer dentro de Hive, de forma organizada y con la esperanza puesta de que los muchachos aprendieran el valor y el compromiso que me dio @manuelramos, en conjunto de su equipo de trabajo que en este caso fue el grupo coordinación que me ayudo bastante para aprender y enseñar el taller apropiado y de esta forma lograr ingresar a mis compañeros de entreno enseñándoles la instrucción y los pasos a seguir con sus respectivas publicaciones, en el área de cómo hacer una publicación más fácil, tanto en las correcciones y de los errores ortográficos, como también en el área del trabajo, el maquetado y de como se debe hacer una buena publicación.
Enseñándoles la importancia de subir contenido, pero sobre todo enseñándoles el valor por el amor al deporte, ya que a nosotros nadie nos obliga a subir contenido para mantener la comunidad de #swc.
Nosotros hacemos esto porque amamos este deporte.
Para compartir nuestros conocimientos, llenarnos de orgullo y siendo esto una motivación de querer superarnos como atletas, por el deporte que hacemos, es algo que nos nace. Claro, siendo esta una de las razones por las que, en este caso, queremos nosotros demostrar nuestras habilidades, dándoles a conocer dentro de este ecosistema y al mismo tiempo lograr algún día demostrarlas en las competencias nacionales
Esto ha sido mi experiencia, en donde yo he recorrido varios municipios, siendo este el de Michelena, La Fría y entre otros, para seguir enseñando los buenos valores de esta hermosa comunidad para poder compartir el mismo sueño y las mismas experiencias. Siendo esto algo que queríamos aclarar, ya todos somos #swc y en esta publicación dejamos nuestra experiencia.

The truth is that I cannot say on our part that he silenced us with lies, that it was an insult or that at the time he told us something that was irrelevant. The truth is that no. I, for my part, had the opportunity to participate in the 2nd edition of the Dual Battles last year as a competitor and this year I also had the opportunity to go to the 3rd edition of the Dual Battle as a member of the jury in the dynamics area, and all thanks to the support and the great work that Hive does together with our leader @manuelramos and @marlenyaragua managing to receive all the benefits of the travel expenses, as well as getting to a good place, and receiving food, among others.
In this way, it was possible to motivate and encourage the boys to grow in this project within Hive, which encourages athletes to realize their competitive dream, in which they felt very motivated approximately 2 months ago, when I managed to participate as a member of the jury, and when I returned, most of them decided to be part of the project where I am going to tell you part of the work that I have been doing as a leader of the Táchira State.

Currently, I have almost 40 athletes in my WhatsApp group; However, the athletes with the most experience, the greatest learning capacity, and the desire to improve themselves in order to teach and take this sport to a new level were selected, managing to admit 9 athletes from the State with good training to grow within Hive, in an organized way and with the hope that the boys would learn the value and commitment that @manuelramos gave me, together with his work team, which in this case was the coordination group that helped me a lot to learn and teach the appropriate workshop and in this way be able to admit my training partners, teaching them the instructions and the steps to follow with their respective publications, in the area of how to make a publication easier, both in corrections and spelling errors, as well as in the area of work, layout and how a good publication should be made.
Teaching them the importance of uploading content, but above all teaching them the value of the love of sport, since no one forces us to upload content to maintain the #swc community.
We do this because we love this sport.
To share our knowledge, fill ourselves with pride and this being a motivation to want to improve ourselves as athletes, for the sport we do, is something that is born in us. Of course, this being one of the reasons why, in this case, we want to demonstrate our skills, making them known within this ecosystem and at the same time achieving to demonstrate them one day in national competitions.
