My experience with the plank on a training day
¡Hola a todos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas fotografías de un entreno especial de empuje de calistenia, que realicé en el día de ayer en mi casa para poner a prueba mis límites en el mundo del Street workout.
Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you some photos of a special calisthenics push workout, which I did yesterday at home to test my limits in the world of street workout.
As many of you know, calisthenics is a discipline that I am completely passionate about, so I love the feeling of overcoming my own barriers and reaching new goals and even more trying in each workout, always with a focus on overcoming each series and more so in those that I have been told I can't, that is why today I focused on two fundamental exercises that have been a headache for me, but at the same time a great challenge to continue improving myself as an athlete, so I trained the static favorite of all calisthenics such as the Full Plank and the Full Plank push-ups.
My goal for the day was to work practically my entire body, especially my shoulders, since the plank is a movement that requires strength, stability and resistance. I had to concentrate on each series in order to increase the time I could stay in the linear position. Therefore, I worked on it with the help of a band to perfect my postures, as well as doing different variations on the mini parallel bars and on the floor to better understand this movement. Although it was very difficult at the beginning, at the end of the training I was able to achieve the desired results, filling me with great motivation to improve myself in the next session, where I plan to give it my all in each attempt.

This type of training is not only physical, but also mental, where every day I face a unique challenge testing my determination and my abilities to overcome the pain and fatigue that each workout generates in me, however, every day I learn the great value that calisthenics training produces in me where it has shown me that the limits are mental and that effort and dedication can take you very far, so if you are looking for a challenging and effective sport, I invite you to join me on this journey where you can learn more about this sport while enjoying the process and celebrating each small victory.
