El día de hoy les traigo un video de mi trasformación a nivel de planche, la verdad he pasado por todo tipo de situaciones y momentos deportivos, todo es aprendizaje, espero los motive mucho.

La verdad considero que todo lo que he pasado a sido experiencia, cada lesión, cada entrenamiento, cada mal y buen momento representan aprendizaje para mi, empecé de 0 en este estático(plancha) y la verdad tuve muchos tropiezos al principio, pero no me arrepiento, lesiones, estancamiento, etc. El objetivo de este video es motivar a todos lo que quieran o ya estén iniciados en este hermoso deporte, que aprendan que desde abajo si se puede llegar, aún tengo mucho que recorrer aún, espero les guste mucho mi vídeo transformación.
