Hola amigos de #hive y #swc y usuarios de 3speak, quiero traerles auqi un vídeo recopilatorio de mis ultimos entrenamientos en lo que he estado trabajando últimamente y cuáles han sido mis enfoques, justo ahora sufro de unas molestias en los hombros que pronto voy tratar en cuanto tenga el presupuesto para hacerme la rehabilitación lo más pronto posible, pero eso no me hace dejar de entrenar al contrario pero hay ciertas cosas que se me limitan a causa del dolor constante que hay en las articulaciones de mis hombros, como pueden ver en el video zestoy enfocado en varios puntos, dominadas lastradas, hipertrófia muscular, muscle ups lastrados, el tema del balance en parada de manos y front lever, esos son mis enfoques en los que he estado trabajando a loblargo de estos ultimos 2 meses de entrenamiento constante y disciplinado.
