Es un gimnasio en donde empezare a dar entrenamientos personalizados de musculación y Calistenia y rutinas funcional y entrenamiento dinámico y divertido, el Objetivo es fomentar el compañerismo en éste espacio que sea un lugar familiar y cómodo para todos los usuarios/atletas con un ambiente fresco y divertido en donde siempre te gustará asistir, tenemos tanto entrenamiento para hombres y mujeres ya experimentados, tanto como para principiantes o iniciantws en el mundo de la actividad física, Entrenamiento para niños y adultos mayores con cargas leves y ajustables a las capacidades de cada uno. Los entrenamientos aquí serán progresivos, con cargas que Irán cambiando conforme pasa el tiempo para llegar ya sea mas fuerza, mas masa muscular o simplemente mejorar la salud y la condición física en general.
