Motivation
En lo personal fue una excelente experiencia en el parque de las ballenas estado aragua maracay todo un día de freestyle y estáticos con mis compañeros de viaje la pasamos super bien ellos son Raull Rivero @Jerikop-sw Exis Fernández @alexdro-sw tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer freestyle y estáticos con atletas y hives de la comunidad SWC ellos son Héctor Villalobos @hectorvr Jose Rivera @jose-sw31 Gabriel Arzola @gaboarzola Raúl Mijares @raumijares ramsses moncada @ramsses-sw25 recalcando que ya avia compartido con algunos de estos atletas pero no de esta manera fue lo mejor.
Pues a mí lo en lo personal me dieron apoyo moral motivación para seguir avanzando en la Calistenia Street Workout y que bueno que los conocí y tuve está buena experiencia porque puedes tener apoyo moral y motivación personal pero en compañía es mucho mejor y mejoras más rápido cada dia también me estuvieron explicando nuevos trucos y estáticos y ayudando a pulirlo para realizar un combo, me dieron concejos para seguir entrenando y evitando las lesiones y fracturas que son muy comunes en este hermoso deporte.
Personally it was an excellent experience in the park of the whales aragua state maracay a whole day of freestyle and static with my travel companions we had a great time they are Raull Rivero @Jerikop-sw Exis Fernandez @alexdro-sw had the opportunity to do freestyle and statics with athletes and hives of the SWC community they are Hector Villalobos @hectorvr Jose Rivera @jose-sw31 Gabriel Arzola @gaboarzola Raul Mijares @raumijares ramsses moncada @ramsses-sw25 emphasizing that I had already shared with some of these athletes but not in this way was the best.
Well for me personally they gave me moral support and motivation to keep moving forward in Calisthenics Street Workout and good thing I met them and I had this good experience because you can have moral support and personal motivation but in company is much better and you improve faster every day also they were explaining me new tricks and statics and helping me to polish it to perform a combo, they gave me tips to keep training and avoiding injuries and fractures that are very common in this beautiful sport.
