El parque de calistenia queda ubicado en la localidad de bosa en la ciudad de Bogotá como lo dije anteriormente, en este video realizó también estáticos tanto en barra como paralelas.
Fue un entrenamiento el fin de semana pasado en donde también explique y compartí algunos conocimientos de lo que se realizará este video será para motivar algunos deportistas que se encuentran en #Hive y SWC.
