Saludos amigos de #HIve y de #SWC, en este post les comparto mi día de freestyle, tenia muchisimo tiempo sin hacer hacer freestyle, tuve muchas ocupaciones que me lo impedían, también en el mes de septiembre tuve el reto muscle ups y quería resguardarme para tener rendimiento en el reto. Pero ya el reto se terminó así que estoy volviendo con todo a mis entrenamientos que solía hacer antes, y esta vez quiero ser más diciplinado, quiero sacar dinamicos y estaticos nuevos, quiero ganar más masa muscular y quiero competir nuevamente.
Greetings friends of #HIve and #SWC, in this post I share with you my freestyle day, I had a long time without doing freestyle, I had many occupations that prevented me, also in the month of September I had the muscle ups challenge and I wanted to take shelter to have performance in the challenge. But now the challenge is over so I'm going back to my workouts that I used to do before, and this time I want to be more disciplined, I want to get new dynamics and statics, I want to gain more muscle mass and I want to compete again.
En el video pueden observar a mi hermano menor, ya en otros post he mostrado que lo estoy entrenando, a progresado muchísimo y parece que ya se está motivando a hacer dinámicos, hace poco sacó el muscle up pero no se conformo así sino que también sacó el olé, estoy muy orgulloso de el, seguiré instruyéndolo par que siga progresando.
In the video you can see my younger brother, in other posts I have already shown that I am training him, he has progressed a lot and it seems that he is motivating himself to do dynamics, he recently did the muscle up but he didn't stop there, he also did the olé, I am very proud of him, I will continue instructing him so that he keeps progressing.
