El triceps es uno de los músculos que muy poco trabajé, y fue como hace 2 meses que lo comencé a entrenar, y es por eso que comencé con una rutina básica como esta, luego comenzaré a agregarle más dificultad, pero eso se los podría compartir en una segunda parte.
The triceps is one of the muscles that I worked very little, and it was about 2 months ago that I started to train it, and that's why I started with a basic routine like this, then I will start to add more difficulty, but I could share that in a second part.
