Greetings to the athletes and users of Hive and Street Workout Community.

Animal Flow is a training system based on imitating animal movements, using only body weight. Created by Mike Fitch, this method seeks to improve mobility, strength and coordination through fluid and natural movement patterns.

Exercises include the Crab Reach, which mobilizes the spine and warms up the body; the Side-Traveling Ape, which simulates the sideways movement of an ape; and the Alligator Walk, which challenges coordination by dissociating limb movement.

Also featured are movements such as the "Under Switch" and the "Side-Kick Through," which promote stability and balance. This approach not only improves fitness, but also promotes a deeper connection with the body, making each session both physically and mentally challenging.

In addition, it is accessible to everyone, allowing the intensity to be adapted according to each person's level. Practicing Animal Flow can result in lasting benefits, such as improved posture and reduced risk of injury, making it an attractive option for those looking to diversify their exercise routine.

Animal Flow not only transforms the body, but also reminds us that, like animals in their environment, we must learn to move with fluidity and connection, embracing our instinctive nature and freedom of movement.

As the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche said, "The body is a great reason, a multiplicity of reasons." This invites us to explore and honor the wisdom of our own being through movement.
