at my house and you can do it too but if you want to go to the park where they train that is fine, but the ones that I am doing and I am going to share with you were done at my house since I felt comfortable training at my house, with nothing more than

Abdominales Normales. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
Normal Abs. 10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
Abdominales Tijeras.10 Reps/2 a 4 series.
Crunches Scissors.10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
Aguante En 90 Grados.10 Segs/2 a 4 Series.
Hold at 90 Degrees.10 Segs/2 to 4 Sets.
Aguante En Plancha.10 Segs/2 a 4 Series.
Aguantes In plancha. 10 Segs/2 to 4 sets.
Crunch inverso.10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
