Quise realizar un entrenamiento de jale, donde trate de utilizar los tres tipos de agarre prono, supino y neutro. aprovechando que era un pasa mano que está ubicado donde vivo.
I wanted to do a pull-up workout, where I tried to use the three types of grip: prone, supine and neutral, taking advantage of the fact that it was a handrail located where I live.
Fue un entramiento de que se baso mas q todo en fortalecer mi resistencia, y la rutina consistió en:
-15x3 pull-ups
-15x3 chin-ups
-15x3 neutral pull-ups
-10x3 pull-ups
-10x3 chin-ups
-10x3 neutral pull-ups
-5x3 pull-ups
-5x3 chin-ups
-5x3 neutral pull-ups
It was a workout that was based more than anything on strengthening my resistance, and the routine consisted of:
