Muyyyyyyy buenas familia de #SWC,🧘♂️el día de hoy les traigo una clase de calistenia en otra universidad pero está vez más aya fuera de lo común.. 🫨🫣. El día de hoy un amigo alterno al deporte 🏟️, me invitó a dar una pequeña y breve demostración sobre la calistenia en su universidad y poder compartir los conocimientos del deporte hacia las personas que no conocen acerca de lo que es calistenia y sus beneficios ➕➕🤸♂️. Me comenzó llevando a la cancha de su universidad y luego me presento a los coordinadores del evento, muy amables recibiendo como el último en salir al evento y dar una charla breve de que es calistenia, sus beneficios y que es #SWC al igual que mi grupo de #fortisw 💪💪🫴. Procedí a presentarme y dar a comunicar que era la calistenia, para que sirve y sus beneficios, brevemente pude decir que era la comunidad de #SWC y la familia en la cual va creciendo poco a poco y dando a resaltar, que cualquiera que se proponga puede ser un atleta nato 💪🤸♂️, empecé a decir los ejercicios base y al finalizar a comentar que iba a empezar con una breve demostración. Comencé con variaciones de flexión, luego con Parada de manos en bajada a pino y al finalizar coloque un L-Sit con V-sit, y terminando con un salto explosivo 🧨🧨, este evento fue corto pero pude dar a entender a las personas 👤👥,que la calistenia es un deporte que llegara a futuro de muchísimas más ➕➕ y ➕ personas que no sepan.(también pude dar una charla de #SWC y mi equipo en representación de #fortisw los cuales son mi familia y compañeros que me apoyan y seguirán apoyando a lo largo de este proceso de adaptación en calistenia), Gracias 🫂 a la comunidad por creer en todos nosotros y cada vez vamos creciendo en unión 🖇️, este fue mi post breve de hoy y nada, se vienen cositas 👀🎯🌎.
Veryyyyyyy good #SWC family,🧘♂️today I bring you a calisthenics class at another university but this time more out of the ordinary.. 🫨🫣. Today a friend who is alternative to sports 🏟️ invited me to give a small and brief demonstration on calisthenics at his university and to be able to share the knowledge of sports with people who do not know about what calisthenics is and its benefits ➕➕ 🤸♂️. He started by taking me to the field of his university and then he introduced me to the coordinators of the event, who were very kind, receiving me as the last to go out to the event and give a brief talk about what calisthenics is, its benefits and that it is #SWC just like me. #fortisw group 💪💪🫴. I proceeded to introduce myself and communicate what calisthenics was, what it is for and its benefits. I was briefly able to say that it was the #SWC community and the family in which it is growing little by little and highlighting that anyone who decides to You can be a born athlete 💪🤸♂️, I started to say the basic exercises and at the end I commented that I was going to start with a brief demonstration. I started with push-up variations, then with handstand downhill and at the end I placed an L-Sit with V-sit, and ending with an explosive jump 🧨🧨, this event was short but I was able to make people understand 👤 👥, that calisthenics is a sport that will reach the future of many more ➕➕ and ➕ people who do not know. (I was also able to give a talk about #SWC and my team representing #fortisw, which are my family and colleagues who support and will continue to support throughout this adaptation process in calisthenics), Thank you 🫂 to the community for believing in all of us and each time we are growing together 🖇️, this was my short post today and nothing, things are coming 👀🎯 🌎.
