Es un placer reencontrarme con ustedes, estimados y apreciados lectores. En esta ocasión, comparto una nueva publicación en la que mostraré algunas posturas de handstand. Me he estado sintiendo bastante equilibrado y deseo seguir perfeccionando esta habilidad. Además, tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar de un agradable momento con mis amigos en el parque. Además de practicar el handstand, hoy estuve trabajando en mis movimientos dinámicos. He aprendido algunos trucos nuevos que planeo perfeccionar en el futuro para incorporarlos a mis combinaciones de freestyle. A medida que avance en este proceso, les mantendré informados a través de mis publicaciones.
It is a pleasure to meet you again, dear and appreciated readers. On this occasion, I am sharing a new post in which I will demonstrate some handstand postures. I have been feeling quite balanced and I wish to continue perfecting this skill. Also, I had the opportunity to enjoy a nice time with my friends in the park. In addition to practicing the handstand, today I was working on my dynamic movements. I learned some new tricks that I plan to perfect in the future to incorporate into my freestyle combinations. As I progress in this process, I will keep you updated through my posts.
Con respecto a mi estado actual, me encuentro mucho mejor. Si bien los ejercicios estáticos aún representan un desafío para mí, en otros aspectos me siento más ágil y fuerte al realizar mis tareas diarias. Además, he experimentado una ligera mejora en mi resistencia para el front lever, lo cual me emociona, ya que espero que al comenzar la próxima semana me sienta aún mejor. Estoy comprometido en mejorar mi rendimiento en los trucos estáticos. Para mañana, tengo planes con los chicos para salir a trotar nuevamente al Faro. He notado un aumento en mi resistencia gracias a estas sesiones de trote; espero que esta vez sea una experiencia menos desafiante que la anterior. Si es así, podré evaluar con precisión las mejoras que he logrado en mis entrenamientos. Sin más que añadir, espero verlos en una próxima publicación.
In terms of my current condition, I feel much better. While the static exercises still present a challenge for me, in other respects I feel more agile and stronger as I go about my daily tasks. In addition, I have experienced a slight improvement in my front lever endurance, which I am excited about, as I expect that going into next week I will feel even better. I am committed to improving my static trick performance. For tomorrow, I have plans with the guys to go out jogging again at the Lighthouse. I've noticed an increase in my endurance from these jogging sessions; hopefully this time it will be a less challenging experience than last time. If so, I will be able to accurately assess the improvements I have made in my workouts. Without further ado, I look forward to seeing you in an upcoming post.
