Today is already 1 month and 15 days since we started this great @reto-morphosis challenge, which has been a great help and boost at least for me it has been, because every time I feel like throwing in the towel and lose focus, but I remember that this commitment is not only for wellness and to feel better and more confident with myself, but it is a community committed to wellness and being constant with this challenge motivates more and more people not to quit, but to move forward even if we can not see the results at first sight, because I assure you that your body is already feeling that something is changing and with perseverance it will accept it and sooner rather than later you will see the results and not only you but everyone around you.
In this challenge as I have said before I have focused more than everything on food, I have included many vegetables to my meals and with this I have managed to be satisfied at meals and I have removed that anxiety, I am one of those who says that we can eat everything, only in moderation, at least the pasta that I love to eat, I love to prepare it sauteed with lots of vegetables, I also have two omelets that I prepare for breakfast or for dinner and I solve super well in addition to keep me satiated for quite some time, I speak of the zucchini omelet and omelet alcengas, here on my blog you can find recipes for these repairs, I invite you to be encouraged to make them, eggplant has also been a good ally, to make pastichos or creams.
And when the anxiety attacks me to eat something tasty my ally that I love very much and also is found at a very good price in the market I talk about the peanut, I buy it peeled and raw, nothing more than toast and eat it without salt, another snack that I recommend is the whole fruit (cambur, patilla, orange, melon and others) do so type tizana and have it in the fridge is uffff delicious to take a little.
Well now let's see how I did this past fortnight, I am happy with how I am evolving with the theme of the measures and how I feel about myself, the measures but compared to the measures of the beginning of the challenge if you can see a change ☺️ here I will leave the photos of today compared to the beginning of the challenge.
Something that I have seen a change, although there is no change in the measurements, I have seen a change in my weight 😊 because I have a few grams less and I celebrate it hehehehehehe you can't imagine how happy I was when I saw that the weight needle was positioned before the 60 kg, because in the last fifteen days I have not weighed myself once because it always marks the same 60 kg.
For this fortnight I promise to increase my physical activity, I will not only go out to do cardio, but I will try to do some weights because it is already causing me to make hallacas and when you eat a hallaca you want to eat two so I will use that as motivation hehehe. I hope you all are seeing results, remember that the ideal is how we feel and this is a challenge that will benefit only us, so let's put everything to achieve our goals, let's give a lot of love to our temple which is our body.
