La cocina para mí es muy importante aquí paso la mayor parte del tiempo, preparó mis ricos platillos y recibo a la mayoría de mis amigos y familiares, que no se porque pero siempre terminan en esta área. 😂 Por eso es primordial lograr tener una influencia positiva en nuestras vidas y hogares así que comienzo por la cocina.
El feng shui es una técnica milenaria donde ponemos a fluir la energía del universo y esto se consigue equilibrando correctamente los cinco elementos: fuego, agua, madera, tierra y metal; la cocina es una parte fundamental en nuestros hogares, aquí preparamos los alimentos que nos nutren y está dominado por el elemento fuego.
Para equilibrar nuestra área de la cocina sin importar el tamaño hay que separar los espacios todo lo que va relacionado con la cocina horno microondas freidora debe de ir de un lado y los relacionados con el agua fregadero filtros de agua debe estar de otro lado, si la cocina es pequeña como como la mía y por cuestiones de espacio reducido debemos organizar la cocina de forma diferente entonces iremos separando los espacios con plantas o piezas de madera.
Una buena iluminación es importante, si es natural mucho mejor, también colocar plantas en el área de la cocina le da una energía positiva en nuestro espacio; donde creamos esos deliciosos platillos para nuestros seres queridos. Limpiar, organizar y evitar demasiada decoración también es importante; pintar con colores claros para para que la cocina se sienta amplia, dando armonia y así permitir fluir la energía correctamente; los excesos siempre bloquean lo positivo que el universo tiene para ti.
Nuestra cocina siempre son el punto de encuentro, donde compartimos lindos momentos con familia y amigos, según el feng shui debemos tener mesa, mesón o barra en la cocina así sea pequeña para poder recibir correctamente a nuestros invitados pudiendo degustar y compartir cómodamente.
Es importante la correcta organización de los espacios y así darle esa armonía a nuestro hogar manteniéndose equilibrados con el universo y así recibir toda esa energía que tiene para nosotros; que algunas veces se ve obstaculizada por la desorganización de nuestros espacios.

The kitchen for me is very important here I spend most of my time, I prepare my delicious dishes and receive most of my friends and family, I don't know why but they always end up in this area. 😂 That's why it is essential to have a positive influence in our lives and homes, so I start in the kitchen.
Feng shui is an ancient technique where we put to flow the energy of the universe and this is achieved by properly balancing the five elements: fire, water, wood, earth and metal; the kitchen is a fundamental part in our homes, here we prepare the food that nourish us and is dominated by the fire element.
To balance our kitchen area regardless of size we must separate the spaces everything related to the kitchen microwave oven fryer should go on one side and those related to water sink water filters should be on another side, if the kitchen is small like mine and for issues of reduced space we must organize the kitchen differently then we will separate the spaces with plants or pieces of wood.

Clean, organize and avoid too much decoration is also important; paint with light colors to make the kitchen feel spacious, giving harmony and allowing the energy to flow properly; excesses always block the positive that the universe has for you.
Our kitchen is always the meeting point, where we share beautiful moments with family and friends, according to feng shui we must have a table, counter or bar in the kitchen even if it is small to properly receive our guests can taste and share comfortably.
It is important the correct organization of the spaces and thus give that harmony to our home staying balanced with the universe and thus receive all that energy that has for us; that sometimes is hindered by the disorganization of our spaces.
