La cocina es el área que más utilizamos y por lo tanto, tenemos que dedicarle más tiempo a mantenerla limpia y libre de gérmenes, donde el uso de los productos adecuados hacen que la tarea sea más fácil y con menos esfuerzo.
Utilizo varios productos y me gusta cambiarlos de vez en cuando para comprobar su eficacia. Ahora mismo voy a hablar de los cuatro productos que se han convertido en mis bàsicos en la cocina:
JABON LAVAPLATOS
Actualmente uso la marca Kalyon y prefiero la presentación líquida antes que la crema porque no se pega a las superficies y ahorra más agua. Para las superficies de granito, paso un paño húmedo con una pequeña cantidad de agua y una mezcla de llavaplatos, seguido de un paño seco, para mantenerlo limpio y brillante.
EL DESENGRASANTE
Los desengrasantes son productos de limpieza esenciales cuando se trata de limpieza general en la cocina.Gracias a sus componentes, son la mejor forma de eliminar los residuos de grasa que se acumulan en en la cocina, el horno, la nevera y otras superficies como cristales y electrodomésticos.
Como les comentè hago una mezcla de lavaplatos con una parte de desengrasante y lo dejo en las superficies durante una hora o más dependiendo del tipo de grasa o más dependiendo de la cantidad de grasa que haya que eliminar. De momento estoy usando la marca "Inaquim" pero también me gusta mucho el Easy Off, Mr. Músculo y el Ajax.
Recomiendo llevar guantes cuando se utiliza ya que tiende a causar picores e irritaciones en las manos, a mi me pasa.
EL VINAGRE
Cuando pienso en una opción natural, versátil y económica para la limpieza del hogar, la solución es el vinagre.
El vinagre aparte de usarlo para cocinar lo uso para limpiar, como es sabido tiene muchas propiedades antibacterianas, lo empleo para las superficies de la nevera y los gabinetes de la cocina. Aparte de desinfectar, también me ayuda a mantenerlos más blancos.
PAÑITOS MULTIUSOS
Este rollo de pañitos de la conocida marca "Yes", son los máximoooo ¡¡¡ se han convertido en indispensables para mí y más cuando descubrí que lo vendìan por rollo. Son reutilizables y no toman màs olor , así que me duran muchísimo tiempo. Los uso tanto para aplicar los productos como para secar cualquier superficie.
Después de librar la batalla con las ollas y platos jajaja, me gusta dejar bien seco el fregadero y ellos son mis mejores aliados en esta tarea.

Today participating in the "Cleaning basics initiative, edition: Kitchen". I'm so glad to be back and writing about this topic.
The kitchen is the area we use the most and therefore, we have to dedicate more time to keep it clean and germ-free, where the use of the right products makes the task easier and with less effort.
I use several products and I like to change them from time to time to check their effectiveness. Right now I am going to talk about the four products that have become my basics in the kitchen:
DISHWASHING SOAP
Not only do I use it to wash dishes, pots and pans, but I also mix it with degreaser to increase its potency. I like citrus scents, especially orange and lemon.
I currently use the Kalyon brand and prefer the liquid presentation over the cream because it does not stick to surfaces and saves more water. For granite surfaces, I wipe with a damp cloth with a small amount of water and a dishwashing mixture, followed by a dry cloth, to keep it clean and shiny.
DEGREASER
Degreasers are essential cleaning products when it comes to general cleaning in the kitchen, thanks to their components, they are the best way to remove grease residues that accumulate on the stove, oven, refrigerator and other surfaces such as glass and appliances.
As I told you I make a mixture of dishwasher with a part of degreaser and leave it on the surfaces for an hour or more depending on the type of grease or more depending on the amount of grease to be removed. At the moment I am using the brand "Inaquim" but I also like Easy Off, Mr Musculo and Ajax.
I recommend wearing gloves when using it as it tends to cause itching and irritation on the hands, it happens to me.
VINEGAR
When I think of a natural, versatile and economical option for household cleaning, vinegar is the solution.
I use vinegar not only for cooking but also for cleaning, as it is known to have many antibacterial properties, I use it for the surfaces of the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. Aside from disinfecting, it also helps me to keep them whiter.
MULTI-PURPOSE WIPES
This roll of wipes from the well known brand "Yes" are the best! They have become indispensable for me and even more so when I discovered that they are sold by the roll. They are reusable and do not take any more smell, so they last me a long time. I use them both to apply the products and to dry any surface.
After fighting the battle with pots and dishes hahaha, I like to keep the sink dry and they are my best allies in this task.
