Hola personitas de esta comunidad, sé que por lo general subo videos aquí, pero... ando feo y mejor no salir en cámara (jajajajaj es broma, solo no quería editar un video hoy). Como bien dice el título, el post va con referencia a la limpieza, ya que tocaba limpiar la alfombra y... había una nueva herramienta en el apartamento (una aspiradora que me robe jajajajaja nah mentiras, es de mi hermana, que me imagino en algún post saldrá y le dirá que tal esta).
Como voy a hablar de limpieza de alfombras, primero tengo que decir, porque el cuarto tiene una en todo el piso (cosa que me encanta). Todo comenzó hace más de 40 años (que es la edad que tiene el apartamento y cuando mi abuelo lo compro nuevo), cuando por un motivo que olvide, mi difunta abuela le mando a colocar alfombra a los cuartos, han existido hasta donde recuerdo un total de 3 o 4 aspiradoras... pero como la vida en el apartamento era dura, parecían presos (con cicatrices de guerra, aunque fueran nuevas jajajaja, mi abuela siempre las tiraba y las trataba mal, en general todo. Pero eso es cuento para otro día).
La última que había, no se supo su paradero (posiblemente mi abuela la empeño, o algo similar, porque solo existe el recuerdo). Hace unos días mi hermana junto a mi cuñado compraron una y la verdad que es un alivio para las alergias.

He hablado de muchas cosas, menos de como se limpiaban las alfombras de los cuartos (ya voy, no se desesperen). La técnica que usaba mi abuelo era una pala y un cepillo para lavar ropa, cosa que levanta mucho polvo acumulado. Mi hermana dio la idea de usar un coleto húmedo (claro que ya después de tragar tierra con el método anterior). Las 2 justas eran buenas forma de limpiar (vayan anotando) pero ya después de un año viviendo aquí, era como fastidioso.
Aplicando la técnica de mi abuelo, uno terminaba con los brazos cansados, y las manos llenas de polvo negro, aunque yo digo que aplicaba más fuerza de la que él aplica (pero la idea era sacar la mayor cantidad de tierra, así que valía la pena). La parte del coleto, es como la que se usa en un piso (sin alfombra claro), pero con el trapo más seco, porque si lo usamos muy mojado, la alfombra tardaría en secarse y puede generar mal olor (así que tengan cuidado con eso).
Si piensan que el coleto salía limpio, pues... el agua estaba igual de negro como limpiar todo el apartamento, y eso que es una sola habitación.
En la actualidad, es raro ver casas con alfombras en los cuartos, aparte que sale muy caro. He estado en muchas casas / apartamentos y puedo decir que este es el único donde hay este tipo de material en los pisos. Cuando tenga casa propia, posiblemente haga la inversión de colocar alfombra en los cuartos o en un cuarto de estudio, no es mentira cuando les digo que me gusta (jajajajaj).
PD: no salgo en las fotos, porque ando feo jajajajaja, aunque salen mis manos.

Hello people of this community, I know that I usually upload videos here, but... I'm ugly and better not to go on camera (jajajajajajaj I'm kidding, I just didn't want to edit a video today). As the title says, the post is about cleaning, since it was time to clean the carpet and... there was a new tool in the apartment (a vacuum cleaner that I stole hahahahahahaha nah lies, it's my sister's, I imagine in some post will come out and tell you how it is).
As I'm going to talk about carpet cleaning, first I have to say, because the room has one all over the floor (which I love). It all started more than 40 years ago (which is how old the apartment is and when my grandfather bought it new), when for a reason that I forget, my late grandmother sent her to put carpet to the rooms, there have been as far as I remember a total of 3 or 4 vacuum cleaners ... but as life in the apartment was hard, they seemed prisoners (with scars of war, although they were new hahahaha, my grandmother always threw them and treated them badly, in general everything. But that's a story for another day).
The last one was never found (possibly my grandmother pawned it, or something similar, because there is only the memory). A few days ago my sister and my brother-in-law bought one and the truth is that it is a relief for allergies.

I have talked about many things, except how the carpets were cleaned in the rooms (I'm coming, don't despair). The technique my grandfather used was a shovel and a brush to wash clothes, something that lifts a lot of accumulated dust. My sister came up with the idea of using a damp dustpan (of course after swallowing dirt with the previous method). The 2 just were a good way to clean (go ahead and write it down) but after a year of living here, it was kind of annoying.
Applying my grandfather's technique, one ended up with tired arms, and hands full of black dust, although I say that I applied more force than he does (but the idea was to get as much dirt out as possible, so it was worth it). The part of the coleto, is like the one used on a floor (without carpet of course), but with a drier cloth, because if we use it too wet, the carpet would take a long time to dry and it can generate bad smell (so be careful with that).
If you think that the dishwasher came out clean, well... the water was just as black as cleaning the whole apartment, even though it is only one room.
Nowadays, it is rare to see houses with carpets in the rooms, besides it is very expensive. I have been in many houses / apartments and I can say that this is the only one where there is this type of material on the floors. When I have my own house, I will possibly make the investment of putting carpet in the bedrooms or in a study room, it is not a lie when I tell you that I like it (hahahahahahahah).
