Hoy miércoles de trucos y técnicas en la maravillosa comunidad de @Home.solutions, vengo a contarles sobre un truco del que había escuchado pero nunca había puesto en práctica sino hasta hace poco. Ya que quería hacer un rico guisado y esto era lo único que me quedaba en casa 🙈

Today's Tricks and Techniques Wednesday in the wonderful @Home.solutions community, I'm here to tell you about a trick I'd heard about but never put into practice until recently. Since I wanted to make a rich stew and this was the only thing I had left at home 🙈.

No sé si sea yo la única que no lo sabía 😅 o hayan más como yo que han escuchado pero no habían puesto en práctica esto. Contándoles un poco al respecto, el truco se basa en darle vida nuevamente a esas zanahorias 🥕 que tenemos en nuestro refrigerador y se han tornado blandas y negras 🥴.

I don't know if I'm the only one who didn't know about it 😅 or if there are more like me who have heard about it but haven't put it into practice. Telling you a little bit about it, the trick is based on giving life again to those carrots 🥕 that we have in our refrigerator and have become soft and black 🥴.

Bueno, resulta que hace poco tenía en casa aproximadamente 3 zanahorias 🥕 en un estado ya bastante feo para mí gusto, cuando están así para mí ya están malas y tiendo a botarlas. Sin embargo, está vez quise poner en práctica lo que había escuchado y visto en videos por internet.

Well, it turns out that I recently had about 3 carrots 🥕 at home in a state already quite ugly for my taste, when they are like that for me they are already bad and I tend to throw them away. However, this time I wanted to put into practice what I had heard and seen in videos on the internet.

Resulta que cuando las zanahorias se encuentran blandas, un poco negras y arrugadas es porque están deshidratadas, , increíble no?,y que es lo mejor para hidratar? Pues sí, agua. Basta con tomar una zanahoria en este estado y cubrirla con suficiente agua en un bold, vaso o lo que tengas a mano.

It turns out that when carrots are soft, a little black and wrinkled is because they are dehydrated, Incredible, isn't it?,and what is the best thing to hydrate? Well, yes, water. Just take a carrot in this state and cover it with enough water in a bold, glass or whatever you have on hand.

Una vez cubierta con agua, la dejas pase unas cuantas horas allí y está se volverá dura y sin arrugas como antes 😲. De verdad que es increíble 😅. Yo particularmente la dejé toda la noche en agua y al día siguiente estaba como nueva, bueno con la concha aún un poco negra pero cobro vida al volverse dura otra vez.

Once covered with water, you let it spend a few hours there and it will become hard and without wrinkles as before 😲. It really is amazing 😅. I particularly left it overnight in water and the next day it was as good as new, well with the shell still a little black but it came to life as it became hard again.

Así que queridos amigos de @home.solutions, si eres de los que les gusta aprovechar al máximo todo lo que tienes en casa este truco es genial para ti. Yo estaba exceptica en cuanto a esto, ya que no creía que algo tan simple pudiera hacer que este vegetal volviera a estar renovado y listo para su uso pero resulta que si funciona!! Así que si no lo han hecho, pues desde ya ponga lo en práctica 🤭.

So dear friends of @home.solutions, if you are one of those who like to make the most of everything you have at home this trick is great for you. I was skeptical about this, I did not believe that something so simple could make this vegetable renewed and ready for use again, but it turns out that it works.!!! So if you haven't done it, then put it into practice 🤭.
