Save, Jehovah, because the godly are finished;

3 Jehovah will destroy all flattering lips,
And the language that speaks boastfully;
4 To those who have said: By our language we will prevail;
Our lips are ours; Who is lord of us?
5 For the oppression of the poor, for the groaning of the needy,
Now I will arise, says Jehovah;
I will save the one who therefore sighs.
6 Jehovah's words are clean words,
Like silver refined in an earth oven,

Over time, due to the wickedness of many, man has declined to perversity, for example, lack of respect for authority, lack of mercy, vainglory, lies, deception, harassment and self-sufficiency, slanderous comments, scandalous rumors, as well as others. expressions normal today in humanity thus degrading our society.
And in this situation it is a sad thing when the men and women of God do not exert influence over their community but rather conform to the world of today by exercising actions that dishonor God, for example speaking lies and making slanderous comments and scandalous rumors are not things proper to the believer because the lack of respect for authority and self-sufficiency are not expressions of independence, these lead to excesses and irresponsible behavior that result in the oppression of other people
In this order of ideas, the Bible tells us in this psalm that before all this situation, Jehovah's words are clean words that purify man and that he will speak in favor of the poor because we have the guarantee of his words.
Christians must fully trust the word of God because it is true and will always act for the good of each one of us. We must keep in mind that each lived situation is an opportunity that God gives us to trust him more strongly
We must also be careful with flattering lips because God warns us that destruction will come for them because that is how the bad guys really walk, crime grows in the cities where civic leaders, elected officials or the media promote or display immorality
