The Bible tells us about David and his anguish that he had to face but did so by raising his eyes to God his creator.
Psalm 121
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains;
Where will my help come?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not allow your foot to slip,
He who keeps you will not sleep.
(RVR1960)
Without a doubt, this psalm represents someone who was in anguish but at that moment recognized that only God could help him
I am sure that in your life there have been very difficult times, and perhaps today is one of those where you, like the psalmist, can recognize that only God can help you if you are willing to lift your eyes to him.
Many people when they go through this moment cannot discern where they can get help from because they really always put their eyes on the things they see in friends, institutions, a family member ... but they forget that the truth is that help and prompt help comes of Jehovah.
Friend and friend in this world we can go to many things or people for help, but only from Jehovah can we receive that help that we need in all areas of our lives.
¡What a privilege it is to know that we have an almighty, merciful God who is ready to help us at all times!
